How much do classes cost at Holding Space Yoga?

  • Drop-in Class (60 min): $12

  • Intro Offer (Unlimited for 30 Days): $45

  • 8-Class Package (expires after 90 days): $80

 

New students are encouraged to try the unlimited intro package to explore different classes and establish a routine.

Do you teach at other studios?

​

Yes! In addition to Holding Space Yoga, Sarah is a guest instructor at other local studios. Please note that those classes must be booked directly through the hosting studio’s website. Check the Join a Session for links to their sites.

What is your weather cancellation policy?

​

Holding Space Yoga follows the School District of Lancaster’s closures and delays for all in-person classes at Urban Well Studio. If the school district cancels or delays due to inclement weather, classes will be canceled or delayed accordingly. Updates will always be posted promptly on the website and social media.

Where can I park for classes at Urban Well Yoga Studio?

​

Students attending classes at Holding Space Yoga may use the following options:

  • On-street parking: Meters are enforced during business hours; free after 6 PM.

  •  Duke Street parking garage (paid).

​​

  • Permit-parking blocks (free for up to 2 hours for non-permit users):​

    • East Chestnut Street: 100–300 blocks (1 block north of the church)

    • North Lime Street: multiple blocks east of the church (1–2 blocks away)

    • East Orange Street: 300–500 blocks (1 block north, then east along Orange)

All options are within a 2–5 minute walk of the studio.

How do I enter Urban Well Yoga Studio?

The entrance is at 119 N. Duke Street, then follow the signs to the studio located downstairs. Doors are unlocked 15 minutes prior to class and 10 minutes after class. 

​

What about Community Classes at Tellus 360?

​

Community Yoga at Tellus 360 is a donation-based class offered in collaboration with Stillness & Flow Yoga with Zania. Classes take place on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM at Tellus 360 (24 E. King Street, Lancaster) and are open to all experience levels. These classes are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with donations accepted online or in person. No advance registration is required — simply come as you are, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and join us for a welcoming, community-centered practice.
