Chair Yoga offers a more accessible approach to traditional yoga by adapting poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for balance. This gentle practice is ideal for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a supportive way to stay active. It helps improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and a safe, comfortable environment – making it easily beneficial for seniors and beginners alike.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation. Late cancels and no-shows are non-refundable and will be deducted from any class packages. Life happens - if an emergency comes up, feel free to reach out and we’ll work something out with care and understanding.
